**Greysteel Expands Midwest Presence with New Omaha Office**
Greysteel has announced the opening of a new office in Omaha, Nebraska, marking a significant milestone in the firm’s ongoing expansion across the Midwest and nationally.
The new Omaha location will be led by David J. Carrig, who joins Greysteel to strengthen its multifamily investment sales platform throughout Nebraska and the surrounding region. Carrig brings a wealth of local expertise, having previously founded BARON – Commercial Real Estate, a private brokerage specialized in multifamily, office, and retail properties with a concentration on Omaha’s urban core.
Carrig will collaborate closely with BJ Connolly, Managing Director at Greysteel, who heads market-rate multifamily investment sales in the Midwest. This addition furthers Greysteel’s commitment to the region, complementing its recently established office in Des Moines.
