Synergy has completed a comprehensive renovation of its headquarters at 10 Post Office Square, one of its flagship properties in downtown Boston. The project included a full redesign of the building’s lobby and the addition of a new amenity floor, transforming the property into a modern and dynamic workplace destination. Since the start of 2025, the building has secured more than 75,000 square feet in new leases.
The renovations feature a reimagined building entrance and main lobby, including a new elevator lobby and reception area. The first floor now also offers updated lounge seating designed to support collaboration and informal meetings. The newly added amenity floor includes a fully equipped conference center, an executive boardroom, a multi-purpose training space, and a tenant-only lounge.
