**LV Collective Unveils 48-Story Mixed-Use Tower, Paseo, in Austin**
LV Collective has officially opened Paseo, a new 48-story mixed-use tower located at 80 Rainey Street in Austin. The development features 498 rental residences, including studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, as well as four exclusive penthouses.
The tower is designed with a wide range of resident amenities across multiple levels. Highlights include a 12th-floor pool deck with panoramic views of Lady Bird Lake, complete with a full-service bar, and two floors dedicated to coworking spaces equipped with private pods and conference rooms. At the top of the tower, the 48th-floor rooftop features a pool, hot tub, fitness center, and lounge area ideal for hosting events.
In addition to residential offerings, Paseo incorporates a hospitality component with ROOST Rainey—a 59-key hotel occupying floors 14 through 17. The hotel features full-sized kitchens, in-unit laundry, curated furnishings, and 24-hour concierge services. ROOST Rainey guests also have access to the building’s full suite of amenities.
The ground level of Paseo includes a café serving coffee, matcha, and tea, as well as a curated selection of wines. A restaurant concept is also in development for the property.
