**NAI Hiffman Represents Pure Processing in Major Headquarters Relocation**
NAI Hiffman has successfully represented Pure Processing—a specialized developer and manufacturer of ergonomic medical device cleaning solutions—in securing a 29,313-square-foot headquarters lease at 2200 Ogden Avenue in Lisle, Illinois.
This relocation marks a significant expansion for the company, tripling its space compared to its previous facility in Carol Stream. The new headquarters consolidates Pure Processing’s office, light manufacturing, warehouse, and showroom operations into a single location. With this lease, the company now occupies over half of the 59,971-square-foot flex and light distribution facility.
The transaction was facilitated by NAI Hiffman’s Executive Vice Presidents and Partners, Steve Chrastka and Jack Brennan, along with Senior Associate Broker Connor Dale. Representing the landlord, Sperry Equities, was Pete Adamo, Senior Vice President with CBRE.
The facility at 2200 Ogden Avenue came with more than 9,000 square feet of existing office space. To meet Pure Processing’s needs, Sperry Equities completed a turnkey build-out that included expanded office areas, new conference rooms, additional restrooms, and upgraded warehouse infrastructure.
