**$1B Sports-Oriented Mixed-Use Project Slated for Ocoee**
Montierre Development is set to break ground in January on The Dynasty, a major mixed-use project in Ocoee, Florida. The development, located at the southeast corner of Ocoee-Apopka Road and E. Fullers Cross Road, will feature 1,100 hotel rooms, 17 multipurpose sports fields, and 500,000 square feet of commercial retail and restaurant space.
Key partners involved in the project include AECOM, Innovated Studios, and Finfrock.
Designed to be a hub for sports and entertainment, The Dynasty aims to position itself alongside prominent venues such as Disney’s ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex and the Boombah Sports Complex in Sanford, serving as a key destination for youth sporting events.
Additionally, the project comes at a time when Central Florida is seeing significant investment in sports-oriented developments. In Clermont, the proposed Olympus project—a $1 billion-plus development—will encompass a 60-acre sports campus with a 5,800-seat multi-use arena, as well as facilities for ice hockey, tennis, soccer, and a multi-sport fieldhouse.
Site grading for The Dynasty will begin soon, with the final site plan to be submitted by Montierre Development following initial land work.
