**VanTrust Real Estate Fully Leases Industrial Building in Columbus**
VanTrust Real Estate has announced that it has fully leased the first of two speculative industrial buildings located at the intersection of Alkire Road and Norton Roads, adjacent to Bolton Field in Columbus, Ohio.
The tenants in the newly leased building include York Wallcoverings, Inc., which has taken 144,694 square feet of space, and Sage Sustainable Logistics LLC, which has leased 101,485 square feet. Both companies finalized their lease agreements in the third quarter of 2025 and are anticipated to begin operations in early 2026. Additionally, a Columbus-based professional electronics supply company occupies the remaining 86,350 square feet.
The Bolton Field building was designed by RED Architecture, with Pepper Construction serving as the general contractor.
“Demand for well-located industrial space in the Columbus market remains steady, and Bolton Field continues to attract users seeking access to the I-270 loop and the region’s workforce,” said Anna Brown, Development Manager at VanTrust. “We are pleased to have Bolton One fully leased and look forward to delivering a second speculative building on the site.”
