**Law Firm Triples Office Space in Westwood Gateway Relocation**
Kibler Fowler & Cave LLP (KF&C), a law firm experiencing continued growth, has signed a new lease for 16,811 square feet of office space at Westwood Gateway, located at 11100 Santa Monica Blvd. in Los Angeles. The move marks a significant expansion from the firm’s current 5,630-square-foot headquarters in the same building.
The transaction was brokered by JLL, with Senior Managing Director Jim Schoolfield representing KF&C. The Irvine Company, which owns the property, was represented by Rick Buckley and Peter Best of L.A. Realty Partners.
“Our firm has experienced sustained growth on both coasts since inception—expanding our team and deepening our bench across key practice areas,” said Mike Kibler, managing partner at KF&C. “Now that lawyers increasingly have returned to the office to support this trajectory, we needed larger, modern office space in a prime Los Angeles location to enhance professional collaboration on our team, help us attract and retain top legal talent, and deliver a first‑class client experience.”
The expansion within the Westwood Gateway underscores the firm’s long-term commitment to its Los Angeles presence and reflects broader trends of law firms investing in upgraded office environments to support hybrid and collaborative work models.
