Colliers Tapped to Oversee Leasing for 980K-SF Office Portfolio in DC and Arlington

Colliers has been selected by Calvin Cafritz Enterprises and the Morris & Gwendolyn Cafritz Foundation to oversee leasing and repositioning efforts for a 980,000-square-foot, four-building Class A office portfolio located in Washington, D.C., and Arlington, Virginia.

The leasing assignment will be led by Colliers’ Mark Sullivan, Matthew Venos, and Venus Jones. The portfolio comprises the following properties:

– 1825 K Street NW, Washington, D.C. – 357,667 square feet
– 1725 Eye Street NW, Washington, D.C. – 296,145 square feet
– 1310 L Street NW, Washington, D.C. – 144,073 square feet
– 3701 N Fairfax Drive, Arlington, VA – 184,688 square feet

Strategically positioned in some of the area’s most sought-after office submarkets, the buildings are scheduled for extensive upgrades in 2026. These enhancements will focus on elevating the tenant experience and include modern amenities aimed at meeting current demands in a highly competitive office environment.
