**Bosa Properties Secures $208.4M Construction Loan for Nashville Mixed-Use Towers**
Bosa Properties has secured a $208.4 million construction loan from Otéra Capital Investments for The Motley, a three-tower, mixed-use development in Nashville.
The Motley will be developed in three phases. The first phase will feature a 26-story residential tower containing 326 units. In addition to residential space, the first tower will include 14,000 square feet of ground-level retail space. Amenities will include a fitness center, dog run, golf simulator, and a pool.
Subsequent phases will add two more residential towers to the project, one of which will rise 32 stories, while the height of the third tower has not yet been finalized.
Bosa Properties acquired the Midtown site in 2022 for $80.7 million. The property, located at 1401 Church Street, was formerly home to Country Delite Farms, a dairy supplier owned by Dairy Farmers of America, which ceased operations there in February 2022.
