**Breakthrough Properties and Eli Lilly Launch Lilly Gateway Labs in Philadelphia**
Breakthrough Properties has partnered with Eli Lilly to launch Lilly Gateway Labs at 2300 Market Street in Philadelphia. The project is housed within Breakthrough at 2300 Market, a development by Breakthrough Properties, the joint venture between Tishman Speyer and Bellco Capital.
The new facility spans 44,000 square feet across the first and second floors of the building. It features high-end equipment such as cold storage units, centrifuges, and other advanced laboratory infrastructure. The site is supported by on-site staff providing concierge services, lab operations, and dock management.
“Our partnership with Lilly Gateway Labs at 2300 Market will facilitate and accelerate the emergence of the next generation of great Philadelphia life science companies,” said Daniel D’Orazi, Chief Investment Officer of Breakthrough Properties.
