Colliers Brokers Shamrock Trading’s New 25K-SF Lease in Chicago
Colliers’ Tom Volini and Sven Sykes recently facilitated a significant expansion for Shamrock Trading Corporation in the Chicago market. The Kansas City-based logistics and finance services firm has secured a 24,800-square-foot lease at 151 North Franklin Street in downtown Chicago. This move marks a notable presence for Shamrock in the central business district, complementing its existing footprint in Lombard, Illinois.
Located in the heart of the city, 151 North Franklin is a 35-story, 807,000-square-foot Class A office tower offering premium amenities and accessibility to Chicago’s urban core.
In another downtown transaction, Colliers represented Civiltech Engineering in its expansion at 30 North LaSalle Street. The civil and transportation engineering firm is increasing its office space by 62%, relocating from the 32nd floor to the 20th, and growing its footprint from 9,000 square feet to 14,582 square feet. This prime location is situated at the corner of Washington and LaSalle Streets, just steps from City Hall and major transportation hubs.
