– **RSP Architecture** has announced the addition of Nicolas Pinzon, Int’l Assoc. AIA, as Associate Principal in its Miami office. Bringing over 25 years of experience, Pinzon is recognized for his work on retail-driven, mixed-use developments and large-scale projects across Europe, Latin America, and South Florida.
– **JLL** has strengthened its South Florida team with several key hires. Angela Kyle joins as Senior Vice President of the Tenant Representation team, where she will advise public institutions and healthcare organizations on real estate strategy. Additional new team members include:
– Noel O’Donnell, Industrial Associate Broker, Fort Lauderdale
– Michael Barashick, Retail Associate Broker, Fort Lauderdale
– Jaclyn Bond, relocating from New York, joins the Miami team as Senior Sales Coordinator after a 15-year tenure with Zar Apparel Group.
– **Cushman & Wakefield** has brokered the $25.2 million sale of the Sunport Technological Center, a 148,164-square-foot industrial asset in Orlando’s Airport Lake Nona submarket. The seller, Penn-Florida Companies, was represented by Rick Colon, Rick Brugge, Mike Davis, and Dominic Montazemi. The buyer was Mactaggart & Company.
– **CBRE** facilitated the sale of Altis Santa Barbara, a 242-unit multifamily community located at 4710 Altis Drive in Naples. Though the sale price was not disclosed, the buyer was Northland. CBRE professionals representing the seller—a joint venture sponsored by Altman—included Robert Given, Neal Victor, and Chris Smiles. Tracy Kennedy, Tony Stein, and Ryan Hall assisted with debt financing.
