**Jackson-Shaw, Holualoa Companies Unveil Dual-Branded Hotel in North Phoenix**
Jackson-Shaw and Holualoa Companies have officially opened the new AC Hotel by Marriott Phoenix North Norterra and Element by Westin Phoenix North Norterra. Located at 25100 North 22nd Lane — near the northeast corner of West Happy Valley Road and Norterra Parkway — the four-story, dual-branded development offers a total of 277 guest rooms.
The AC Hotel features 182 rooms designed for short-stay travelers, while the Element by Westin includes 95 extended-stay suites. The property also boasts 8,000 square feet of meeting space, three luxurious suites, and two large communal areas well-suited for group gatherings.
Guest amenities include a state-of-the-art fitness center, a heated saltwater pool and spa, an outdoor covered pickleball court, and Topgolf Swing Suites for interactive entertainment.
Construction of the hotel was financed by Simmons Bank, with Layton Construction serving as the general contractor and Cooper Carry as the project architect. The property is managed by Crescent Hotels & Resorts.
