Cushman & Wakefield Arranges Sale of Boutique Office Building in Towson, Maryland
Cushman & Wakefield has successfully arranged the sale of 705 York Road, a two-story office building located in the heart of downtown Towson, Maryland. The property was acquired for $1.875 million.
The seller, SMC Realty LLC, was represented in the transaction by Cushman & Wakefield’s Lizzy Sweeney and Charlie Fenwick. The buyer, Convergent Technologies Design Group Inc. (CTDG), was represented by Laura Rosen of Long and Foster Real Estate. CTDG is an expert in designing low-voltage systems and acoustics, with additional offices in New York City and Phoenix, Arizona. The Towson location will now serve as the company’s North American headquarters.
“705 York Road offered a rare opportunity to acquire a well-maintained office building with excellent visibility and access in one of Baltimore County’s most active suburban markets,” said Sweeney. “The property’s location and scale made it an ideal fit for an owner-occupant seeking long-term stability in the heart of Towson.”
The building is situated within walking distance of a wide range of amenities, including dining, retail, and public services, making it a prime site for business operations in a vibrant and growing community.
