**Berkadia Brokers Sale of Women’s Healthcare Plaza in Norman, Oklahoma**
Berkadia has successfully completed the sale of Women’s Healthcare Plaza, a medical outpatient building located in Norman, Oklahoma.
The transaction was led by Berkadia’s Chris Lashmet, Eric Lee, Sabrina Solomiany, and Vasili Davos on behalf of the seller, Norman Healthcare Partners. The property was acquired by Georgia-based SG Property Services, LLC.
Strategically positioned at 3440 R.C. Luttrell, Women’s Healthcare Plaza was completed in 2017 and is located on the campus of the 326-bed Norman Regional Hospital. The two-story facility is fully leased by Norman Regional Health System. The first floor comprises an 11,423-square-foot imaging and surgery center, while the second floor houses a 14,336-square-foot women’s health services suite.
“This property attracted significant investor interest, and through a competitive process, we were able to achieve attractive pricing for our client, a local physician group, while also administering a smooth transaction for both the buyer and seller,” said Chris Lashmet.
