**Serpa Partners and AQUILA Commercial Acquire Austin’s Cielo Center**
A joint venture between Serpa Partners and AQUILA Commercial has acquired Cielo Center, a 286,000-square-foot Class A office campus located at 1250 S. Capital of Texas Highway in West Lake Hills, Austin.
Following the acquisition, AQUILA Commercial will take on leasing and property management responsibilities for the property. The Cielo Center comprises three interconnected buildings situated on an elevated site, offering scenic views of Downtown Austin and the surrounding Hill Country.
The office campus features a variety of suite sizes designed to suit a range of tenant needs. On-site amenities include abundant covered parking, a fitness center with showers and lockers, common conference facilities, and a tenant lounge. Serpa Partners and AQUILA have announced plans to implement renovations that will enhance both the interior common areas and outdoor amenity spaces to further improve the tenant experience.
Leasing efforts for the property will be led by AQUILA Commercial’s Chad Barrett, Max McDonald, and Cody Schneider.
