**Lee & Associates Represents Niagara Bottling in Wisconsin Lease**
Lee & Associates of Illinois has completed a lease transaction for a 58,500-square-foot industrial space located at 10411 80th Avenue in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin.
Jeff Janda, SIOR, and John Sharpe, SIOR, both principals at Lee & Associates’ Illinois office, represented the tenant, Niagara Bottling, LLC. The company is a major U.S. beverage manufacturer. Representing the landlord, Doheny’s Pool Supply, was Sam Badger, SIOR, of CBRE.
The leased space is part of a 291,599-square-foot warehouse facility built in 2017. The building is strategically situated within the LakeView Corporate Park, a master-planned, mixed-use development offering industrial, office, and retail options. Its location between Chicago and Milwaukee along Interstate 94 makes it ideal for distribution and logistics operations.
Niagara Bottling plans to utilize the newly leased space as overflow capacity for operations supporting its nearby owned facility.
