Marcus Partners Acquires Five-Building Industrial Portfolio in Boston Suburbs
Marcus Partners, in partnership with Rhino Capital, has acquired a five-building, 307,353-square-foot industrial portfolio located in the northern suburbs of Boston. The portfolio, which is 99% occupied, was purchased for $40.5 million. Financing for the transaction was provided by Citizens Bank.
The properties included in the acquisition are:
– 118 Mystic Avenue in Medford, MA
– 27 Industrial Avenue in Chelmsford, MA
– 187 Billerica Road in Chelmsford, MA
– 10 Elizabeth Drive in Chelmsford, MA
– 10 Progress Avenue in Chelmsford, MA
This deal increases Marcus Partners’ total industrial acquisitions to more than 2.2 million square feet in the past 12 months, underscoring the firm’s broader industrial investment strategy.
