Philip Voorhees Joins BISON Partners as Partner Overseeing Acquisitions and Capital Markets
BISON Partners has announced that Philip Voorhees will join the firm as a partner, where he will lead acquisitions and capital markets initiatives. This move follows Voorhees’ planned departure from CBRE at the end of the year.
Voorhees currently serves as Vice Chairman in CBRE’s Retail Capital Markets division. Over the course of his tenure, he has led one of the company’s most successful retail investment teams, completing more than 1,080 transactions totaling over $15 billion in value.
Launched in 2022, BISON Partners focuses on the acquisition and repositioning of retail shopping centers. The firm is backed by a robust network of institutional and private capital partners, and has recently expanded its portfolio with properties in California, Arizona, and Nevada.
