**Hobbs Brook Real Estate Office Property in Rhode Island Reaches 96% Occupancy**
Hobbs Brook Real Estate (HBRE) has announced that its Northwoods property—a three-story, 319,774-square-foot Class A office building located at 1301 Atwood Avenue in Johnston, Rhode Island—is now 96% leased. The LEED Gold-certified building has completed nearly 216,000 square feet of new leases and renewals over the past 18 months. This includes the largest new office lease in the Rhode Island market for 2025, totaling more than 71,000 square feet.
