*Cushman & Wakefield* has appointed Heidi McClenahan as Executive Managing Director for Project & Development Services. Based out of the firm’s Chicago headquarters, McClenahan will oversee operations across 10 U.S. markets and Canada. She brings more than 25 years of industry experience across architecture, construction, and real estate, and is recognized for her leadership of high-performing teams and execution of complex projects.

*Henricksen*, a national contract furniture dealer, has welcomed Katie Szpyrka as Director of Business Development in its Chicago office. Szpyrka brings over 25 years of experience, with a strong foundation in commercial real estate and growth strategy. In her new role, she will focus on strengthening client relationships across key markets, fostering new partnerships, and supporting nationwide strategic initiatives.

*Core Industrial Realty*, based in Oak Brook, has finalized multiple transactions:

– Brokers Ryan Mullins and Frank Damato represented Tolead Logistics in a long-term lease for 160,000 square feet in Wood Dale.
– Nick Krejci and Matthew Lee represented Altex Transportation in subleasing 40,338 square feet in Melrose Park to BLK Out Logistics.
– Krejci and Noel Liston represented ownership in a long-term lease for a 29,000-square-foot building in Glendale Heights. John Hamilton of CBRE represented the tenant.
– Matthew Lee and Nick Krejci also represented the seller of a 22,000-square-foot building in Crestwood.
– Noel S. Liston represented a private trust in the sale of 30 acres of land in Huntley.

*Savills* has launched its U.S. Retail Advisory Services platform, led by Todd L. Siegel, who has been named President of U.S. Retail. Siegel will direct the expansion of retail advisory services nationwide, working closely with Savills’ global retail team in Canada, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. Based in Chicago, Siegel is joined by longtime colleagues Phillip Golding, Executive Managing Director, and Kimberly Wiskup, Corporate Managing Director. The trio previously worked together at CBRE’s Urban Retail Group.
