**Sagard Real Estate Acquires Fully Leased Industrial Property in San Leandro for $62.75M**

Denver-based Sagard Real Estate has announced the acquisition of a 260,989-square-foot industrial warehouse located at 2009-2013 Farallon Drive in San Leandro, California. The property, known as the Farallon Industrial and Logistics Center, is fully leased and sits on a 10.83-acre site.

According to the San Francisco Business Times, the property was purchased for $62.75 million from its longtime owner, the Rosalinde and Arthur Gilbert Foundation.

“This transaction reinforces our belief in the strength of the U.S. industrial sector and the value that can be unlocked by building a diversified portfolio of infill properties in densely populated, supply-constrained markets,” said Tyler Williams, Managing Director at Sagard Real Estate.

Originally built in 1973, the facility underwent significant renovations in 2024. It is currently leased to tenants in the food and beverage and energy technology sectors.

CBRE facilitated the transaction, with Chris van Keulen, Bob Ferraro, Michael Barry, and Rebecca Perlmutter Finkel representing both the buyer and the seller.
