**The Malin Expands Northeast Presence with First Boston Location in Seaport District**
The Malin, a fast-growing network of hospitality-driven workspaces, has announced plans to open its first Boston location at 111 Harbor Way in the vibrant Seaport neighborhood. In partnership with prominent real estate developer WS Development, the new location is slated to open in 2026, furthering The Malin’s strategic expansion across the Northeast.
Occupying nearly 20,000 square feet on the second floor of 111 Harbor Way, The Malin Seaport will offer a thoughtful mix of private and collaborative workspaces. The facility will include 12 private offices, 44 dedicated desks, four meeting rooms, 13 phone booths, and a library that can also function as an event space. Members will benefit from additional amenities such as a ground-level reception area and an outdoor terrace.
