Twin Peaks Christian Campus Listed for $12 Million
The Hoffman Company has officially listed the Twin Peaks Christian Campus, a fully improved 24-acre institutional property located in the scenic San Bernardino Mountains, for $12 million. The site spans approximately 109,000 square feet across six buildings and offers retreat-style natural surroundings paired with modern, adaptable facilities. According to The Hoffman Company, the campus is well-suited for educational, faith-based, hospitality, or other specialty institutional uses.
Situated just 90 minutes from both Los Angeles and Orange Counties, the property has a long-standing history as a hub for education, spirituality, and community engagement. It was previously home to Calvary Chapel Bible College and the Twin Peaks Christian Conference Center. Currently occupied by Lake Arrowhead Christian School, the campus is expected to be vacated by July 2026.
