**YAM Properties Appoints Western Retail Advisors to Lease Westgate Entertainment District**
YAM Properties has announced the selection of Western Retail Advisors (WRA) as the new leasing team for the Westgate Entertainment District in Glendale, Arizona.
Located at 6770 N. Sunrise Blvd., along the Loop 101 at Glendale Avenue, Westgate spans more than 76 acres and features 623,734 square feet of retail, dining, and entertainment spaces. The mixed-use development also includes open areas, 76 loft-style apartments, and nearly 163,000 square feet of office space.
Surrounded by prominent destinations such as State Farm Stadium, Desert Diamond Arena, Desert Diamond Casino, and Andretti Indoor Karting & Games, the Westgate Entertainment District is also in close proximity to major developments including the upcoming VAI Resort and Mattel Adventure Park.
YAM Properties is currently rolling out a series of strategic updates to enhance the visitor experience at Westgate. Recent and ongoing improvements include renovations to the family splash pad, the addition of a permanent stage at Fountain Park, and new exterior paint across the property.
Western Retail Advisors brokers Charles Skaggs, Noah Anastassatos, and Haley Perez will serve as the exclusive leasing representatives for the development.
Westgate Entertainment District is currently 98% leased across its 15 commercial buildings.
