**M&T Realty Capital Corporation Expands Loan Origination Team**
M&T Realty Capital Corporation has named Andrew Cohen and Shane Hogan as Senior Vice Presidents of Loan Originations. Both will be stationed in the firm’s New York City office. SitusAMC, a leading provider of strategic outsourcing, advisory, talent, and technology solutions in the real estate finance industry, has appointed Joseph (Joe) McBride as Senior Director of Revenue within its Commercial Real Estate (CRE) division. McBride most recently served as Senior Director and Head of Information Solutions at Moody’s Analytics, where he led the development and go-to-market strategy for CRE data products, including Moody’s first Generative AI product for the sector.
