**Unicorp National Developments to Launch $475M Worth of Apartment Projects in Orange County**
Unicorp National Developments is set to break ground on three new apartment communities in Orange County, Florida, with a combined valuation of $475 million. These residential projects are part of a larger pipeline that includes hotel and retail developments expected to begin in 2026.
The apartment projects on the docket include:
– **The Sutton Grande**: A 200-unit community valued at $200 million.
– **The Luxe at Dr. Phillips**: Another 200-unit project, this one with a price tag of $150 million.
– **Selene Lake Nona**: A $125 million development featuring over 300 units, located just north of State Road 528 along Narcoossee Road.
Meanwhile, Unicorp is continuing efforts to secure financing for its planned 220-room Tao Hotel at O-Town West, which is expected to break ground in the second quarter of the year. Additional hospitality developments in the company’s pipeline include a 700-room InterContinental Hotel in Orlando.
The company is currently in talks with Centennial Bank and Key Bank, among other financial institutions, to secure construction loans for its various projects.
