**CRE & Contractors Group Surpasses $1 Million Raised for Tunnel to Towers Foundation**
The New York Commercial Real Estate and Contractors for Tunnel to Towers (T2T) community gathered on October 16 for the Fifth Annual Cocktail Tribute, hosted at the Redeye Grill in Midtown Manhattan. This year’s event brought together over 340 attendees and successfully raised more than $288,000 in support of the Tunnel to Towers Foundation.
With this impressive total, the philanthropic group has now exceeded $1 million in funds raised for the Foundation over the past five years.
“Every year, this community proves that when we come together with a shared purpose, we can make a real difference,” said James Pirot, event chair. “Tonight isn’t just about fundraising. It’s about honoring courage, community, and the heroes who inspire us all.”
Looking ahead, next year’s event will commemorate the 25th anniversary of the 9/11 attacks. The Tunnel to Towers Foundation was established to honor the sacrifice of FDNY Firefighter Stephen Siller and is dedicated to supporting first responders and military service members.
