**Gantry Secures $6M Loan for Seattle-Area Neighborhood Retail Properties**

Gantry has arranged a $6 million permanent loan for a portfolio of suburban retail centers in Bothell, a north Seattle suburb situated at the King and Snohomish county line.

The portfolio includes six buildings totaling 31,000 square feet. The properties comprise four freestanding, single-tenant buildings and two multi-tenant inline retail spaces. The properties were cross-collateralized and are fully occupied by a diverse mix of national and regional tenants, including Verizon, Red Robin, Panera Bread, Chipotle, and Key Bank.

The financing was arranged by Gantry’s Stefan Malmlund, Peter Welsh, and Claire Jones from the firm’s Irvine production office. Representing a private real estate investor, the team secured a fixed-rate, five-year loan at low leverage. The financing was structured as a cash-out refinance from a free and clear ownership position. Gantry will also service the loan.

“This collaborative approach to client debt strategy helped us identify existing assets that were unencumbered and provide a conservative cash-out loan with the intention of growing their portfolio,” said Malmlund.
