**CenterSquare Acquires Six Starbucks-Anchored Retail Properties**

CenterSquare has announced the acquisition of a high-quality, six-property retail portfolio totaling 45,996 square feet. Strategically located in established retail corridors across Fort Lauderdale, Fort Myers, Charlotte, and Indianapolis, the portfolio strengthens CenterSquare’s presence in key regional markets.

The newly acquired properties exhibit a strong tenant mix, with 84% of the square footage occupied by national tenants. Notably, five of the properties feature drive-through Starbucks locations, serving as key anchors. This acquisition expands CenterSquare’s essential services retail (ESR) portfolio to 68 properties nationwide, underscoring the firm’s commitment to resilient, service-oriented retail investments.

Founded in 1987 and headquartered in Pennsylvania, CenterSquare is a global real estate investment manager focused on actively managed real estate strategies. Earlier in the year, the firm also acquired Colonnade at Kings Grant, a 21,265-square-foot, three-building essential service retail center in Charlotte, North Carolina.
