**1M-SF Wynwood Plaza Debuts in Miami**
L&L Holding Company and Oak Row Equities, in partnership with Shorenstein Investment Advisers and co-investor Claure Group, have officially opened Wynwood Plaza, a transformative one-million-square-foot urban campus located at 95 NW 29th Street in Miami.
The development is anchored by a luxury apartment community and a Class AAA office tower. At the heart of the campus lies a vibrant mix of shops and restaurants, designed to create a dynamic live-work-play environment.
The 266,000-square-foot office tower is already more than 50% leased, with Amazon serving as the anchor tenant. The 12-story building features a dedicated amenity hub that includes a state-of-the-art fitness club, a golf simulator, and fully equipped conference rooms. A landscaped rooftop provides shaded areas and various seating options, offering tenants a relaxing outdoor space.
Wynwood Plaza also features 509 rental apartments, ranging from studios to two-bedroom units. Residents have access to interconnected rooftops with amenities including basketball and pickleball courts, a fitness club, a lap pool, a standard swimming pool, hot tub, and cold plunge. Additional amenities include a co-working lounge with rentable private offices, a large conference room, and a café and game area that open into a spacious, landscaped garden.
Moss Construction served as the general contractor for the project, bringing to life one of Miami’s most anticipated mixed-use developments.
