**Core Spaces and Wexford Developments Break Ground on Hub on Campus Tempe**
Core Spaces, in partnership with Wexford Developments, has officially broken ground on Hub on Campus Tempe, a 30-story mixed-use development adjacent to Arizona State University and in the heart of downtown Tempe. The ambitious project aims to bring new housing, retail, and lifestyle amenities to the area.
Located just east of Myrtle Avenue between Sixth and Seventh Streets, the development will feature 818 residential units, totaling 1,957 beds. In addition to student housing, the project will include ground-floor retail spaces and a rooftop amenity deck designed to enhance the urban living experience.
Scheduled for completion in the summer of 2028, Hub on Campus Tempe is being financed by Kennedy Wilson, while TSB Capital Advisors provided consulting services for the transaction.
Construction is being led by general contractor Findorff. Architectural design is managed by RSP Architects, with interiors designed by Core Spaces’ in-house team. Core Spaces and Wexford Developments are co-developers on the project, and Core Spaces will oversee property management upon completion.
