**Invivoscribe Renews U.S. Headquarters Lease in Sorrento Mesa**
Newmark has facilitated a lease renewal for Invivoscribe, a global biotechnology company, at its U.S. headquarters located at 10222 Barnes Canyon Road in San Diego. The renewed lease encompasses 52,477 square feet of specialized life sciences and office space within a two-story facility in the highly sought-after Sorrento Mesa submarket.
Executive Managing Director John Hundley and Managing Director Jon Engle of Newmark represented Invivoscribe in the transaction. According to Newmark, the deal stands out as one of the largest life sciences lease renewals executed in San Diego so far this year.
