Essex Realty Group has successfully brokered the $9.3 million sale of a 40-unit apartment building located at 6565-6589 N. Lakewood Avenue, within the Loyola University area of Chicago’s Rogers Park neighborhood.
The deal was facilitated by Essex Principal Steven Livaditis and Managing Director Matt Feo, who represented the seller. Essex Managing Director Rick Ofman represented the buyer in the transaction.
