**Rise Partners Proposes Mixed-Use Development in York County**

Rise Partners is pursuing a large-scale mixed-use development on a 97-acre site in York County, South Carolina. The project, currently under review by the county’s planning agency, includes a request to permit up to 300,000 square feet of commercial and retail space, along with 95,000 square feet of office space.

According to the Charlotte Business Journal, the project also proposes the development of up to 247 residential units. The targeted site is located at the intersection of Old York and Adnah Church roads, situated between Rock Hill and the city of York.

The development is planned to unfold in two phases. The first phase encompasses 35.1 acres and would host all of the project’s commercial, retail, and office components. The second phase occupies 61.9 acres and is set to include a mix of single-family attached and detached homes, with a density of up to four units per acre.

York County Council may consider the proposal for final approval as early as next month. Listed alongside Rise Partners in the application are Prestige Land and Site Works LLC and Ivester Group, identified as the landowners.
