Trademark Property Company and the Shivers Family Partnership have unveiled plans for a transformative mixed-use development in Southlake, Texas. Named Shiver’s Farm, the 40-acre project is currently progressing through the city’s approval process.
According to Community Impact, the proposed development features a diverse blend of uses, including restaurants, office buildings, a nationally recognized organic grocery store, and 37 single-family homes under the subdivision name Willow Meadows. Additional considerations include a hotel and a gas station to further complement the site.
The commercial space component of Shiver’s Farm is expected to include:
– 55,687 square feet of restaurant space
– 18,551 square feet of retail space
– 33,798 square feet designated for the grocery store
– 41,492 square feet of office space
