Verizon Renews Lease at Continental Towers in Rolling Meadows

Verizon has renewed its lease for 128,894 square feet at Continental Towers, an office campus located at 1701 Golf Road in Rolling Meadows, Illinois. The announcement was made by Transwestern Real Estate Services, which represented the building ownership in the deal.

Transwestern Executive Vice Presidents Joe Stevens and Steve Degodny led the negotiations on behalf of the landlord. “We’re thrilled to see Verizon continue its long-term commitment to Continental Towers,” said Stevens. “This is a good indication that a Class A property with stellar amenities and convenient access can draw and retain high-quality tenants.”

Representing Verizon in the lease renewal were Jon Springer and Andrew Kaplan of CBRE.

Verizon, the world’s second-largest telecommunications company, has maintained its presence at Continental Towers since 2016. The lease renewal, completed as of September 2025, marks one of the largest office transactions in the Northwest suburban Chicago market for the year.

Continental Towers consists of 910,000 square feet across three 12-story office towers and an amenity-rich facility known as the Hub. The campus also features one acre of landscaped outdoor space designed for tenant gatherings and events.
