Drucker Associates has launched a $5 million capital improvement program at 211 Congress Street, a 90,000-square-foot boutique office building located in Boston’s Post Office Square neighborhood. The renovations, which are expected to be completed by the end of the fourth quarter, include a modernized lobby, upgraded elevators and restrooms, new storefronts, and a refreshed retail façade.

Newmark has been named the exclusive leasing agent for the property, representing ownership in both office and retail leasing. Retail efforts are led by Senior Managing Director Patrick Paladino, while office leasing is handled by Senior Managing Directors Jason Cameron and Jim Brady, along with Director Liam O’Connor. Lincoln Property Company manages the asset under the leadership of Deb Worth.

“Drucker Associates’ consistent reinvestment has positioned 211 Congress as a stand-out boutique office offering in Boston,” said Cameron. “Their long-term strategy continues to bear fruit, as shown by the combination of new leases and tenant renewals.” Since being acquired by Drucker Associates, the property has maintained an average occupancy rate of 96%.
