**Accesso Acquires 555 Mangum Office Tower in Downtown Durham for $72M**
Accesso has acquired 555 Mangum, a prominent Class A office property located at 555 S. Mangum Street in Durham, North Carolina, for $72 million. Originally developed in 2020, the 11-story building spans 251,464 square feet and was purchased from Northwood Ravin.
Situated in the heart of Downtown Durham, 555 Mangum features a mix of office and retail spaces. The property includes a full-service rooftop restaurant and bar, with Accesso planning to further enhance the retail offerings by introducing additional amenities and services that cater to both office tenants and the surrounding community.
Among its current amenities are a modern fitness center with locker rooms, a tenant conference center, a rooftop lounge, and a spacious outdoor courtyard. The property’s location offers proximity to key attractions such as the Durham Bulls Athletic Park, Durham Performing Arts Center, more than 1,500 newly developed multifamily units, and an array of high-end dining and nightlife options.
The deal was brokered by Ryan Clutter and Mike McDonald, along with Daniel Flynn and CJ Liuzzo of JLL.
