**DealGround Unveils AI-Based Deal Intelligence at ICSC Palm Springs**

DealGround recently launched its AI-native commercial real estate (CRE) platform at ICSC Palm Springs—one of the industry’s premier gatherings for CRE professionals. Previously available only as a beta release, the platform is now showcasing how purpose-built artificial intelligence can enhance efficiency and accelerate deal discovery for both independent brokers and brokerage teams.

Among the early adopters are brokers and teams from top firms including Colliers, Marcus & Millichap, Lee & Associates, Pegasus, Northmarq, Franklin Street, and True Equity Group.

“The first wave of CRE transformation focused on digitization, giving birth to listing platforms that essentially replicated classified ads online,” said Dan Mosher, CEO and co-founder of DealGround. “The second wave introduced niche tools for specific tasks such as marketing, research, and comparable sales analysis. DealGround is leading the third wave, where AI automation brings true deal intelligence to the forefront.”

Mosher describes DealGround as a comprehensive application that serves as a broker’s private system of record. The platform integrates transaction and ownership data from First American Data & Analytics and presents it within a dynamic, searchable map-based interface. According to Mosher, this design helps uncover real estate opportunities that might otherwise go unnoticed.

Chris Rodriguez, co-founder of DealGround and a 30-year industry veteran, emphasized the platform’s ability to transform traditional workflows. “I’ve spent decades chasing down information buried in PDFs, emails, Dropbox folders—and sometimes even filing cabinets,” Rodriguez said. “My ‘aha moment’ came when I saw what AI could do. It made me realize we could finally unlock and automate these outdated systems.”

DealGround aims to centralize and simplify access to key information—such as data embedded in hundreds of property marketing emails—bringing new efficiency and intelligence to the CRE transaction process.
