**SuperFresh to Open at Ruby Square in Jamaica, Queens**

BRP Companies has announced a long-term lease agreement with SuperFresh, a community-focused supermarket chain, to anchor its Ruby Square development in Jamaica, Queens. SuperFresh has signed a 25-year lease for a 22,500-square-foot space within the mixed-use project, located at 166-20 90th Avenue. The store is expected to open in spring 2026.

Ruby Square is a large-scale development comprising 614 residential units and various neighborhood-serving amenities. The addition of SuperFresh is intended to strengthen access to fresh food options for area residents, contributing to the community’s overall well-being.

“As our commitment to the Jamaica community extends far beyond delivering essential housing offerings, we want to ensure that our residents and the surrounding community have access to quality neighborhood amenities,” said Meredith Marshall, co-founder and managing partner of BRP Companies. “Access to fresh food is vital across our communities, and we are proud to welcome SuperFresh to Ruby Square, providing a needed grocery resource to the region that will support its continued growth over the coming years.”

This lease marks SuperFresh’s first location in Queens. Hymie M. Dweck of RIPCO Real Estate represented the grocer, while BRP Companies handled representation in-house.
