Trammell Crow Company (TCC), along with joint venture partners Mar-Gulf Management Inc. and MDI Capital, has officially broken ground on the VanRose Technology Center, a 303,969-square-foot, speculative cross-dock logistics facility in Hillsboro, Oregon. Located approximately 20 miles west of Portland, the project is slated for completion by July 2026.

Situated at 2625 NE Huffman Road, the VanRose Technology Center will be constructed on a 16-acre site and will include a range of modern industrial features. These include a 36-foot clear height, 64 dock doors, four drive-in doors, 234 automobile parking stalls, and 33 trailer stalls.

Project partners include architecture and engineering firm Mackenzie Inc., general contractor Perlo Construction, and Citizens Bank. Macadam Forbes, Inc. is handling marketing efforts for both sale and lease opportunities.

“TCC continues to sponsor and develop institutional quality, Class A industrial real estate in the Hillsboro – Sunset Corridor submarket,” said Steve Sieber, Principal with TCC in Portland. “VanRose benefits from a deeply rooted tech ecosystem that continues to generate tenant and buyer demand from 3PLs, data centers, semiconductor suppliers, contract manufacturers, and R&D-driven users who prioritize location inside the westside tech cluster.”

The VanRose Technology Center is expected to attract a wide range of industrial and technology-focused tenants, further bolstering the region’s growing status as a strategic logistics and innovation hub.
