**TREO Group Secures $132M Financing for VOX Student Housing Near University of Miami**
Ocean Bank has provided $132 million in financing to affiliates of The TREO Group LLC for the development of VOX I and VOX II, two student-oriented housing projects located near the University of Miami’s main campus.
The VOX I and II residences consist of 262 apartments, ranging from one-bedroom, one-bathroom units to four-bedroom, four-bathroom layouts. In total, the complex offers 726 beds and is designed to cater specifically to student lifestyles.
The two-building development is rich in amenities, featuring two rooftop terraces, pools, four outdoor grilling stations, three tanning lounges, five fitness areas, and over 20 study lounges. Additionally, the complex provides 24/7 private market access, enhancing convenience for its student residents.
Situated at 7025 and 7175 SW 59th Avenue in Miami, the VOX properties also include 15,682 square feet of ground-floor retail space adjacent to The Underline, a linear urban park. The property is located just 300 feet from a Metro station, offering easy and efficient transit access.
The VOX student housing project is a significant addition to the housing options available to University of Miami students, combining upscale amenities with strategic location and accessibility.
