The Davis Companies Secures Seven New Tenants at 201 Broadway in Kendall Square
The Davis Companies has announced seven new lease agreements totaling over 72,000 square feet at its 201 Broadway office building located in Cambridge’s Kendall Square. With these new additions, the property is now more than 85% leased.
New tenants at the property include insurance technology company Insurify; Mitsubishi Electric US, Inc., complementing anchor tenant Mitsubishi Electric Research Laboratories; Applied Materials; Data4Cure; and a mix of global corporations occupying spec suites, including a leading global energy and materials solutions company and a global engineering innovation company. Additionally, Asian-Mediterranean restaurant Flavor Boom! will join the roster, expanding the building’s amenities.
