**Waterton Acquires The Mason in Chicago’s Fulton Market District**
Waterton has announced the acquisition of The Mason, a 263-unit, 14-story high-rise apartment community located at 180 N. Ada Street in Chicago’s thriving Fulton Market district. The property offers a mix of studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartment homes.
The real estate investment firm plans to implement a light value-add program, which will include in-unit flooring upgrades as well as enhancements to common areas and amenity spaces.
