**Goldenrod Breaks Ground on $400M Fort Worth Mixed-Use Developments**

Goldenrod has officially begun construction on The Van Zandt, a mixed-use development located in the 2800 block of West Seventh Street in Fort Worth. The project will feature 100,000 square feet of office space, 226 apartment units, and 13,000 square feet of retail space.

In addition to The Van Zandt, Goldenrod is moving forward with plans for One University, located nearby in the 3000 block of Morton Street. This project will include approximately 115,000 square feet of office space, 242 apartments, and a 176-key Autograph Collection hotel named The Tycoon.

Together, the two developments represent a significant investment in the area, estimated at $400 million.

Construction on The Van Zandt is expected to be completed in approximately 20 months. The Fort Worth City Council approved grants that could total up to $11.17 million for The Van Zandt and up to $19.65 million for One University, contingent on Goldenrod meeting specific development milestones. The Van Zandt must receive a certificate of occupancy by December 31, 2026, while One University must meet that requirement by December 31, 2027.
