Phoenix Tube Nears Completion of 75,000-Square-Foot Expansion in Bethlehem
Development firm J.G. Petrucci Company is nearing completion on a 75,000-square-foot expansion project for Phoenix Tube Company, a manufacturer specializing in stainless-steel tubing and processed flat bars used in ornamental and structural applications.
The new facility is located adjacent to Phoenix Tube’s existing 200,000-square-foot headquarters at 925 Bethlehem Drive and marks a major increase in the company’s manufacturing capacity. The expansion adds dedicated areas for production, warehousing, and office operations, reflecting Phoenix Tube’s strategic growth in the industry.
Designed to accommodate heavy manufacturing, the structure also includes a 3,200-square-foot mezzanine level intended for office and storage space.
