**Trammell Crow Company Breaks Ground on Buford Creek Business Center in Georgia**
Trammell Crow Company (TCC), in partnership with a consortium led by CBRE Japan, has officially broken ground on Buford Creek Business Center — a major industrial park development in Buford, Georgia. Situated approximately 30 miles northeast of Atlanta, the 686,400-square-foot project is slated for completion by the third quarter of 2026.
Strategically located at the northeast corner of Lanier Islands Parkway and Big Creek Road, the Buford Creek Business Center will comprise three Class A industrial buildings, which will be available for sale or lease. The centerpiece of the development is a 349,440-square-foot warehouse featuring 40-foot clear heights and 64 trailer parking spaces. Flanking it are two nearly identical 168,400-square-foot rear-load buildings, each offering 36-foot clear heights and 40 and 24 trailer parking spaces, respectively.
CBRE will serve as the exclusive marketing and leasing agent for the project. Atlas Collaborative is the architectural firm behind the development, while The Conlan Company has been tapped as the general contractor.
