**Three Phoenix Warehouses Sold for $116.7M to INDUS Realty Trust**
Link Logistics has sold a trio of industrial buildings in Phoenix for a total of $116.7 million to INDUS Realty Trust. The portfolio consists of fully leased properties that have significantly appreciated in value since Link Logistics acquired them.
The three buildings include:
– A 232,922-square-foot manufacturing facility located at 4 S. 84th Avenue in Tolleson. Built in 1989, the property sold for $35 million, up from its previous sale price of $18 million in 2015.
– Tolleson Commerce Park II, another industrial building in Tolleson. The 217,422-square-foot facility was built in 1999 and sold for $40 million. It had previously changed hands in 2018 for $13.4 million.
– A 278,100-square-foot warehouse at 10397 W. Van Buren Street. Built in 1997, the property was sold for $40.8 million, compared to its 2015 sale price of $13 million.
Cushman & Wakefield represented both the buyer and the seller in the transaction. The brokerage team included Will Strong, Molly Hunt, Michael Matchett, and Jack Stamets.
