**$1.7B Westside Village Set to Break Ground in Fort Worth in Early 2026**

Larkspur Capital and the Keystone Group are advancing plans for the massive Westside Village development in Fort Worth—a 37-acre mixed-use project that marks a major transformation for the city’s urban landscape.

Upon full completion, the $1.7 billion development will include approximately 880,000 square feet of new office space, 238,000 square feet of retail, 1,785 apartment units, a 175-key hotel, and $45 million worth of infrastructure improvements.

The first phase of the development is slated to include a 100,000-square-foot, Class AA office building and a 308-unit luxury residential community. This initial phase will rise at the northeast corner of White Settlement Road and University Drive, on the site of the former Fort Worth ISD building. The office building will feature ground-floor retail, two restaurant concepts, and a private social club, all connected by a shared underground parking garage.

Office leasing for the first phase will be led by HPI’s Fort Worth team, which is headed by former Texas Longhorns football star Colt McCoy.

The architectural vision for the new office building is being led by the Michael Hsu Office of Architecture (MHOA), with Corgan serving as the architect of record. Corgan will also be the full-service architect for the residential building.

Phase I of Westside Village is scheduled to begin construction in early 2026.
